=12/10/22= * First few weeks. Sleeping later each day to cycle sleep schedule around. * Started going to sleep at 2am again. (Possibly due to dinner?) * 12th Oct 2022 - Trying clonidine tonight at 9:30 * First Clonidine seemed to work to get me to go to sleep but ended up sweating a lot at night and didn't feel great the next day. * Tried Clonidine a few more times, not sweating much but the effect has worn off * 05 Nov - Trying Quetiapine, seems to be making my sleepy * Quetiapine worked too well. Hard to wake up and was exhausted the next day. Going to try half next time. * 18th Nov - Half a Quetiapine seemed to work well. * 21 Nov - Took half to counteract staying up all night messing with sleep schedule * 22 Nov - Another Half at 9:30, still was gong to sleep at 1:45am, not sure where the time went Half a Quetiapine seems to leave me drowsy in the morning, more likely to sleep 9+ hours
