==Current main issue== * Feeling sleepy a lot. (Probably from the Paxam.). * Very groggy in the morning, takes a while to get out of bed. End up reading a while until I have the energy. * Sleepy during the day. * Less energy to do things like go on the treadmill. * Often to tired to get myself to go to bed on time. * Still not able to target specific activities. Making lunch. Mindfulness. Finance. Specific learning projects. Reading a book on something I'm interested in. * Things I do, do are often unplanned and random (weeding the garden for example). Although still useful. Started skipping day time Paxam every other day, and going with 1/4 alternate days, unless I'm going out then I take half. Some increase in anxiety. But less groggy during the day and in the morning. (even the ones when I do take Paxam) Maybe switch from daytime paxam to one of the other anti-anxiety things talked about last time. Sertraline seems to be going ok, Up dosage?
