* Anxiety (General) - Causes lack of sleep

* Severe Gagging Reflex, triggered by lack of sleep (mostly), anxiety, after eating, brushing teeth. Can take an hour after eating before doing anything active like going out.
* Long time to do anything (And hour to have a shower, An hour to get into bed).
