after you select a few to search, make sure they have gumtrees
after that, check for woodchips
If you have those, then you should have a good chance.

I hunt for shrooms looking for the gumtree/woodchip combination, my success rate is 1 every 4 combination finds."

* You want the big greyish/brown woodchips.
* my biggest patches are adjacent to creeks.
* its dry in near the city mate.  wait for more heavy dews.
* usually facing East where they get morning sun but not afternoon sun.
