Fractal Design Define Nano S. - Long GPUs and PSUs. Up to 2x240mm radiators. Seems kind of big.

BitFenix Prodigy Mini-ITX - Looks Carryable
NCASE M1 - Ships from US. $185 USD. Supports 240x2 AIO. ATX PSU fits but might limit video card length to 195mm. Maximum recommended length 160mm.
DAN Cases A4-SFX - Hard to get. Ships Jan 2018 :/
NZXT Manta - (silly big, with bulges)
BitFenix Prodigy - Older Case (2012), lots of colours, nice handles. 160mm max PSU. 250x359x404mm.
