DLC

Even if you don't intend to play them. DLC is needed for many mods.

If you have FO4 non-pancake installed you can copy the files from that.

Download DLC without installing pancake from Steam

Downloads are hidden but you can see the current speed in the Steam downloads tab. Files are placed in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\content\app_377160".

When it's all downloaded, for every folder, copy all the Data directories into your Fallout 4 VR install folder. "...\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Fallout 4 VR\Data"
